摘　　要：皮艇运动专项技术以腰部为轴心,皮艇运动员腰部损伤较为普遍。为明确皮艇运动员腰部影像学表现及变化,了解皮艇运动对于运动员腰部损伤情况产生的影响,冬训后对56名参加系统皮艇训练的运动员腰椎进行数字平片影像检查。经过影像学结果统计及影像平片测量分析,皮艇运动员腰部平片普遍存在阳性征,腰部损伤随训练年限增长有加重趋势,腰椎径线角也会产生代偿性变化。The special technique of kayak sports takes the waist as the axis,and the kayak athlete's waist injury is also very common.In order to clarify the waist imaging manifestations and changes of kayak athletes and understand the impact of kayaking on the waist injury of athletes,56 athletes who participated in systematic kayaking training was performed after winter training every year.According to the statistics of imaging results and the measurement and analysis of imaging plain films,there is a general positive sign in the waist plain films of athletes.The waist injury tends to increase with the increase of training years,and the lumbar vertebral diameter angle will also have a compensatory change.
