世界优秀男子举重运动员竞技年龄特征的研究

摘　　要：优秀运动员的训练、比赛及所获成绩都伴随着年龄的增长而变化,每个项目都有其特征。该文以1998—2016期间世锦赛和奥运会男子举重比赛总成绩前八名运动员竞技年龄为研究对象,采用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对运动员的竞技年龄特征进行分析。研究发现,世界优秀男子举重运动员竞技年龄主要集中在22~27岁,但这种分布受时间、级别和成绩等因素的影响而有所区别:一般奥运会比赛的运动员年龄稍大,主要年龄分布区域跨度较大,最集中年龄和竞技年龄主要分布区域也因级别和成绩不同而有所区别。The training,competition and achievement of elite athletes change with the growth of age,and each event has its own characteristics.Taking the competition age of the top eight athletes in the World Championships and Olympic Men's Weightlifting Competition during 1998-2016 as the research object,the research methods of literature,mathematical statistics and logic analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of competitive age.It is found that the competitive age of the world's top male weightlifters is mainly 22 to 27 years old,but this distribution is different due to the influence of time,level and performance:generally,the athletes in the Olympic Games are slightly older,and the main age distribution area spans a large range,and the main distribution areas of the age and competitive age in the most collection are also different due to different levels and results.
