摔跤选修课在普通高校开展的现状及策略研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献综述法、访谈法等,从文化历史价值、教育理论价值和实用价值对摔跤课程现状进行分析,对高校普及与推广摔跤课程的影响因素进行研究。探索出高校开展摔跤课程需要不断改进训练条件;提升学生对摔跤项目的认知,加大普及力度;创新教学方式等发展策略,为我国普通高校摔跤课程的发展与建设提供理论依据。By means of literature review and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of wrestling course from the perspective of cultural and historical value,educational theoretical value and practical value,and studies the influencing factors of popularizing and promoting Wrestling course in colleges and universities.It is found that the training conditions for the development of Wrestling courses in colleges and universities need to be constantly improved;Improve the students'understanding of wrestling and increase the popularity;Innovative teaching methods and other development strategies will provide a theoretical basis for the development and construction of wrestling courses in colleges and universities in China.
