多元文化背景下当代少数民族传统体育发展的社会学研究

摘　　要：随着我国对外交流日益增多,越来越多的文化、价值观念以及思想等融入人们的日常生活中,造就了当前多元文化的背景。为提升人才培养的科学性、合理性和正确性,国家要求各层级工作人员应当以文化自信建设为基础,加强对传统文化的重视,为新一代社会主义接班人构建良好的成长和发展空间。基于此,该文以多元文化背景下当代少数民族传统体育的发展为切入点,从社会学视角分析了多元文化背景下少数民族体育发展的现状,并从少数民族体育的创新、经济价值的挖掘以及教育工作者的融入3个层面,提出了多元文化背景下当代少数民族体育发展的社会学对策。With the increase of China's foreign exchanges,more and more culture,values and thoughts are integrated into people's daily life and learning,which has brought up the background of current multi-cultural.In order to improve the scientificity,rationality and correctness of talent training,the state requires that staff at all levels should pay more attention to traditional culture based on the construction of cultural self-confidence,so as to build a good growth and development space for the new generation of socialist successors.Based on this,this paper takes the development of contemporary traditional minority sports under the multicultural background as the breakthrough point,analyzes the current situation of the development of minority sports under the multicultural background from the sociological perspective,and puts forward sociological countermeasures for the development of contemporary minority sports under the multicultural background from three aspects:the innovation of minority sports,the excavation of economic value,and the integration of education workers.
