摘　　要：本论文采用文献资料法、录像统计法、数理统计法,对2019年女排世界杯的前四名(中国、美国、俄罗斯、巴西)四支队伍教练员临场指挥中暂停与换人的效果进行对比分析,找出中国队教练员与其他三支队伍教练员临场指挥的差异,为提高我国排球教练员临场指挥能力提供借鉴。This paper using literature data method,video statistics,mathematical statistics method,for the 2019 women's volleyball World Cup top four(China,the United States,Russia,Brazil)four teams coaches command the effect of suspension and substitution,find out the Chinese coaches and other three team coaches field command difference,to improve our volleyball coaches field command ability.
