摘 要:为全面贯彻落实双减政策,减轻中小学生学业负担,促进学生全面健康成长。需有效提高我国课后服务质量,体育作为课后服务的重要组成部分内容之一。分析我国课后体育服务开展机遇及困境与思路。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等。研究认为,以服务为依托,促进青少年体质健康发展、以学校为核心,深化学校体育体制机制改革、以趋势为契机,激发市场主体活力,为学校落实“双减”提供了新的思路。但其实践层面还将面临多个困境。学校资源匮乏导致课后体育服务内容单一、师资力量薄弱阻碍课后体育服务高质量发展、机制存在缺陷限制课后体育服务高质量供给、校企合作矛盾制约课后体育服务有序开展。提出,资源多层次多方位融合,丰富多元化体育需求、营造良好法治氛围,切实保障教师权益、发挥政府主导作用,加强监督体系的建设、积极动员社会资本,加深校企合作深度。To fully implement the double reduction policy,reduce the academic burden of primary and secondary school students,and promote the overall and healthy growth of students.It is necessary to effectively improve the quality of after-school service in China,and sports is an important part of after-school service.This paper analyzes the opportunities,difficulties and ideas of after-school sports service development in China.The use of literature and logical analysis method.The research believes that,based on services,promoting the healthy development of teenagers'physique,taking schools as the core,deepening the reform of school sports system and mechanism,taking the trend as an opportunity,stimulating the vitality of market subjects,providing a new idea for schools to implement the"double reduction".But its practice level will also face many difficulties.The lack of school resources leads to the single content of after-school sports service,the weak faculty hinders the high-quality development of after-school sports service,the defects of mechanism limit the high-quality supply of after-school sports service,and the contradiction of school-enterprise cooperation restricts the orderly development of after-school sports service.It is proposed that resources should be integrated in various levels and in various ways,enriching diversified sports demands,creating a good legal atmosphere,effectively protecting teachers'rights and interests,giving play to the leading role of the government,strengthening the construction of the supervision system,actively mobilizing social capital,and deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
