莆田市28例布鲁菌病的流行病学及临床特点分析

摘　　要：综合分析莆田市28例布鲁菌病患者流行病学及临床特点,旨在提高暴露人群对该病的认知和防治。回顾性分析2017年1月至2021年12月莆田市确诊的28例布鲁菌病患者流行病学特点、临床症状、实验室检查。28例患者发病时居住地均为农村,且均与羊或羊制品有明确接触史;以春季发作最为多见。临床症状主要有发热、肌肉和关节酸痛、呼吸道症状等;所有患者血液或腰椎引流液均培养出马耳他布鲁菌。结果表明,布鲁菌病临床症状多样且不典型,容易导致误诊和漏诊,因此,对于不明原因发热和有明确牛羊接触史的患者,应及时进行相应的实验室检查和流行病学调查,做到早诊断,早治疗。This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of 28 brucellosis patients in Putian so as to improve the awareness and treatment of brucellosis among those who are exposed to it.The clinical symptoms and laboratory examination data of those diagnosed with brucellosis in Putian from January 2017 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively, and their epidemiological characteristics were recorded.All of them reported a clear contact with sheep or relevant products and lived in rural areas.The disease is most commonly diagnosed in spring, whose main clinical symptoms include fever, muscle and joint pain, and respiratory problems.In addition, Brucella Maltese was cultured in the blood or lumbar drainage from those patients.The results show that the clinical symptoms of brucellosis are diverse and atypical, which can easily lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.For patients with an unexplained fever and a clear contact history of cattle and sheep, corresponding laboratory examination and epidemiological investigation should be carried out in time, so as to provide basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis.
