摘　　要：目的:探究EECP疗法联合康复护理对心外科冠心病患者术后健康行为及康复效果的影响。方法:选择2019年4月-2020年4月郑州市第七人民医院心外科收治的238例冠心病手术患者作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为,对照组、观察组,每组各119例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取常规护理+EECP疗法联合康复护理,比较两组患者术后健康行为及康复效果。结果:观察组健康行为良好和优秀患者大于对照组,观察组健康行为良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.119,P<0.05);观察组患者心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF)显著大于对照组,左室舒张未内径(LVEDD)、B型脑纳肽(BNP)均小于对照组,观察组运动耐力指标6 min步行试验(6 MWT)明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.716、4.946、8.435、32.885,P<0.05)。结论:EECP疗法联合康复护理在心外科冠心病患者中的应用,能促进患者形成健康行为,改善康复效果。Objective:To explore the effect of EECP therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing on postoperative health behavior and rehabilitation effect of patients with coronary heart disease in cardiac surgery.Methods:A total of 238 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the control group and the observation group were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 119 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing+EECP therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing.Postoperative health behaviors and rehabilitation effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of good health behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.119,P<0.05).The cardiac function index LVEF in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,LVEDD and BNP were lower than those in the control group,and the exercise endurance index 6-min walking test(6 MWT)in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=9.716,4.946,8.435,32.885,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of EECP therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in cardiac surgery can promote patients to form healthy behaviors and improve rehabilitation effects.
