围术期舒适护理对老年食管癌患者术后并发症、生活质量及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨围术期舒适护理对老年食管癌患者术后并发症、生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月驻马店市中心医院收治的86例老年食管癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组与常规组,每组各43例。常规组实施围术期常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上实施围术期舒适护理干预。比较两组患者并发症发生率、护理前后生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:研究组术后并发症发生率为4.65%,低于常规组的20.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量评价表(QOL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.093,P>0.05);护理后两组患者QOL评分均升高,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.534,P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度为97.67%,高于常规组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05)。结论:对老年食管癌患者实施围术期舒适护理,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量,且患者护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative comfort care on postoperative complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 86 elderly patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and routine group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group implemented perioperative routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented perioperative comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of complications,quality of life scores before and after nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative complication rate in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 20.93%in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.108,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life(QOL)scores between the two groups(t=0.093,P>0.05).After nursing,the QOL scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.534,P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was 97.67%,which was higher than 83.72%of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comfort nursing had a good effect on elderly patients with esophageal cancer.It can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the quality of life of patients,and had a high degree of satisfaction with patient care.
