摘  要:超高速电机,除了要考虑定子铁心损耗,转子涡流损耗也是不能忽视的,转子涡流损耗容易导致内转子电机永磁体失磁。论文建立了超高速电机有限元模型,首先采用基于Spearman秩相关的灵敏度分析方法对超高速电机各设计参数对电机定子铁心损耗和转子涡流损耗进行了灵敏度分析,然后剔除灵敏度低的设计参数,最后详细研究分析了各设计参数对电机定子铁心损耗和转子涡流损耗的影响,并为下一步优化设计提供了参考。In addition to the stator core loss,the rotor eddy current loss of ultra-high speed motor cannot be ignored.The rotor eddy current loss is easy to cause the loss of excitation of the permanent magnet of the inner rotor motor.Firstly,the sensitivity analysis method based on Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the sensitivity of the design parameters of the ultra-high speed motor to the stator core loss and rotor eddy current loss,and then the design parameters with low sensitivity were eliminated,Finally,the effects of design parameters on stator core loss and rotor eddy current loss were studied and analyzed in detail,which provided a reference for the next optimization design.
