摘  要:传统基于永磁同步电机基波或高频数学模型的无位置传感器控制系统,一般只适用于中高速或者低速状态,电机全速域带载性能不佳。基于上述应用特点,分析了估算γδ旋转坐标系,基于电机的电流控制模型构造出全新全速域闭环调速系统。该系统直接基于电机实际电流与电机模型电流之差,积分得到电机转速,且动态地对其进行补偿和校正,进而确定转子位置。由于该自适应算法在全速域均实现电流闭环,因而对低速带载起动、负载波动、电机参数变动等具有安全起动和快速响应能力。仿真和实验结果均表明该调速系统的转速检测性能在全速域均有优良表现,且对电机参数变动和外部扰动具有良好的鲁棒性。Traditional sensorless control system based on the fundamental or high frequency mathematical model of PMSM was generally only suitable for medium high speed or low speed state,and the motor has poor load performance in full speed range.After analyzing the estimatedγ-δrotating coordinate system,a new full speed closed-loop control system was constructed in the current control model.Based on the difference between the actual current and the model current,the speed can be obtained by integration,and the rotor position can be determined by dynamic compensation and correction.The adaptive algorithm can realize current closed-loop in full speed domain,so it has the ability of safe starting and fast response to low-speed on load starting,load fluctuation and motor parameter variation.Simulation and experimental results show that the speed detection performance of the speed control system is excellent in the full speed range,and it has good robustness to motor parameter changes and external disturbances.
