摘　　要：目的:探讨观察雷公藤多甙片联合血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)+黄葵、双嘧达莫治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,MsPGN)的临床疗效。方法:选择2014-2018年徐州医学院一附院肾病内科及新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州奎屯医院肾病内科收治的109例MsPGN患者作为研究对象,采用分层随机法分组分为两组。常规治疗组进行联合ACEI/ARB+黄葵、双嘧达莫西医治疗,雷公藤多甙治疗组在常规治疗组的基础上使用雷公藤多甙片治疗,并就两组患者肾功能指标[podocalyxin (PCX)、24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌肝及尿素氮]改善情况进行比较观察治疗效果。结果:雷公藤多甙治疗组肾功能指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MsPGN患者在低盐、低蛋白饮食及常规治疗的基础上联合应用雷公藤多甙片治疗,能快速改善患者肾功能,有助于患者预后,且安全有效。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of tripterygium glycosides combined with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB) + amaryllis and dipyridamole in the treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis(MsPGN). Methods: A total of 109 patients with MsPGN admitted to the hospital from 2014 to2018 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into two groups by stratified randomization. The conventional treatment group was treated with the combination of ACEI/ARB + Amaryllis and dipyridamole, and the tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside treatment group was treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets on the basis of the conventional treatment group. The improvement of renal function indexes podocalyxin(PCX), 24-hour urine protein quantitative, serum muscle liver and blood urea nitrogen] were compared between the two groups to observe the therapeutic effect. Results: The improvement of renal function indexes in the Tripterygium glycosides treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of low-salt, low-protein diet and conventional treatment,combined with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides for MsPGN patients can rapidly improve the renal function of the patients and contribute to the prognosis of the patients, and it is safe and effective.
