数字化X线摄影技术临床应用价值评价体系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨数字化X线摄影技术的临床应用价值评价体系,以便为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:选择成都中医药大学附属医院2019年1月-2021年1月使用并正常运行的数字化X线摄影技术设备10台进行研究,利用医用设备评价指标体系进行评价(包括文献查询、专家分析、患者问卷调查等),对数字化X线摄影技术设备的运行效益进行分析,同时对该评价体系的运行特点与价值进行总结。结果:利用医用设备评价指标体系对数字化X线摄影技术进行评估,确定该设备体系指标有图像质量、设备运行效率、服务满意度、检查安全性四个部分,选择科学化分析各个部分的占比,发现图像质量占比最高。专家对四个方面的下级指标进行了占比量化分析,发现检查安全性中的造影剂应用剂量占比最高。患者满意度调查最终显示检查对象对图像质量满意度评分为(97.98±1.24)分,对检查安全性满意度评分为(98.28±0.92)分,对服务满意度评分为(97.75±1.24)分。结论:数字化X线摄影技术选择医用设备评价指标体系进行评价,可从图像质量、设备运行效率、服务满意度、检查安全性进行分析与评价,证实指标科学与合理,适合数字化X线摄影技术评价的应用。Objective:To discuss the clinical application value evaluation system of digital radiography technology in order to provide reference for clinical application.Methods:10 sets of digital radiography technology equipment in normal operation used by the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected for research.The medical equipment evaluation index system was used for evaluation(including literature inquiry,expert analysis,patient questionnaire survey,etc.),and the operation benefits of digital radiography technology equipment were analyzed.At the same time,the operation characteristics and value of the evaluation system were summarized.Results:The evaluation index system of medical equipment was used to evaluate digital radiography technology,and it was determined that the index of the equipment system had four parts:image quality,equipment operation efficiency,service satisfaction,and inspection safety.The proportion of each part was scientifically analyzed,and it was found that the image quality accounted for the highest proportion.Experts also conducted a quantitative analysis of the proportion of subordinate indicators in four aspects,and found that the application dose of contrast agent in the inspection safety accounted for the highest proportion.The patient satisfaction survey finally showed that the inspection objects’satisfaction score for image quality was(97.98±1.24)points,the inspection safety satisfaction score was(98.28±0.92)points,and the service satisfaction score was(97.75±1.24)points.Conclusion:Digital radiography technology is evaluated using the medical equipment evaluation index system,which can be analyzed and evaluated in terms of image quality,equipment operation efficiency,service satisfaction,and inspection safety,confirming that the indicators are scientific and reasonable,and suitable for the application of digital radiography technology evaluation.
