路径式早期康复护理在行内镜下胰胆造影手术的胆总管结石患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究路径式早期康复护理在行内镜下胰胆造影(ERCP)手术的胆总管结石患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月河南省人民医院收治的105例胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组52例与研究组53例。对照组患者予以常规护理,研究组患者在对照组患者的基础上予以路径式早期康复护理。对比两组患者术后恢复期、术后并发症发生情况和两组患者的治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者的术后恢复期情况(包括术后排气、排便、下床活动及住院时间)明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.076、7.452、5.932、8.106,P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症总发生率为7.54%,明显低于对照组患者的23.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.901,P<0.05);干预后研究组患者的治疗依从率和护理满意度分别为92.45%、94.33%,均明显高于对照组患者的78.84%、80.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968、4.455,P<0.05)。结论:路径式早期康复护理对于ERCP手术治疗胆总管结石患者干预效果显著,可以提高患者日常生活能力,提升患者治疗依从性及护理满意度,有利于患者的预后情况。Objective:To study the application effect of pathway-based early rehabilitation nursing in patients with common bile duct stones undergoing endoscopic cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:A total of 105 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the study group of 53 cases.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the study group were given path-based early rehabilitation care on the basis of the patients in the control group.The postoperative recovery period,postoperative complications,and the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative recovery period(including postoperative exhaust,defecation,getting out of bed,and hospital stay)of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.076,7.452,5.932,8.106,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 7.54%,which was significantly lower than 23.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.901,P<0.05).After the intervention,the treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were 92.45%and 94.33%,which were higher than 78.84%and 80.76%of the control group,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=3.968,4.455,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pathway-based early rehabilitation nursing has a significant intervention effect on patients with common bile duct stones treated by ERCP surgery,which can improve patients’daily living ability,improve patients’treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,and benefit the prognosis of patients.
