摘  要:产地重金属污染会直接影响蔬菜的产量和品质,并通过食物链危害人类的健康。目前蔬菜重金属修复技术大多处于研究阶段,尚未形成系统性的防控模式,规模化应用少。本文从产地环境监测、源头阻控、降低重金属的生物有效性及调整蔬菜种植结构4个方面进行综述,以期为构建蔬菜产地重金属污染预防技术体系提供理论支撑。Heavy metal pollution in soil of producing area will directly affect vegetables yield and quality,and endanger human health through food chain.At present,vegetables heavy metal remedition technology is mostly in research stage.A systematic pollution prevention model has not yet been formed,and there are few large-scale applications.This paper carried out review from following 4 aspects:monitoring producing area environment,controlling original source,reducing bio-availability of heavy metals,and adjusting vegetable plantation structure,so as to provide theoretical support for constructing a prevention technical system for heavy metal pollution in vegetable production areas.
