摘  要:为获得抗根肿病且携带恢复基因的结球甘蓝Ogura CMS种间材料。以抗根肿病结球甘蓝品种先甘366为母本,以甘蓝型油菜Ogura CMS恢复材料N21015为父本,通过远缘杂交结合胚挽救获得种间杂种。抗根肿病表型鉴定和分子标记鉴定结果表明,杂种F_(1)对根肿病表现为免疫,具有母本的根肿病抗性基因和父本的Ogura CMS恢复基因;人工诱导染色体加倍后成功获得异源六倍体种间杂种,花粉可育率为78.46%。In order to obtain cabbage Ogura CMS interspecific material resistant to clubroot disease and carrying restorer gene,this experiment took cabbage‘Xiangan 366’resistant to clubroot as female parent and Ogura CMS restorer material Brassica napus L.‘N21015’as male parent;carried out distant hybridization combined with embryo rescue.Then the interspecific hybrids were obtained.The results of clubroot resistance phenotypic identification and molecular marker identification showed that hybrid F_(1) was immune to clubroot disease,and had the maternal clubroot resistance gene and paternal Ogura CMS restorer gene.After artificially induced chromosome doubling,heterohexaploid interspecific hybrids were successfully obtained,and the pollen fertility rate was 78.46%.
