摘  要:胡萝卜种子粒形和千粒重与种子产量和质量密切相关,以亲缘关系较远的胡萝卜品种松滋野生和Amsterdam构建的回交重组自交系(BIL)群体为试材,对胡萝卜种子的粒长、粒宽、长宽比和千粒重进行QTL分析。结果表明:胡萝卜BIL群体种子的粒长、粒宽、长宽比和千粒重均表现为偏正态分布;粒长、粒宽与千粒重呈两两极显著正相关,长宽比与粒长呈极显著正相关、与粒宽呈极显著负相关,说明粒长和粒宽均能够影响千粒重。基于前期构建的遗传图谱,获得3个与粒长相关的QTL位点,1个与粒宽相关的QTL位点,2个与千粒重相关的QTL位点,表型贡献率在8.8%~18.3%之间。Carrot seed grain shape and thousand-grain weight are closely related to seed yield and quality.Taking backcross inbred lines(BILs)colony backcrossed and recombined between a wild carrot species‘Songzi’of distant relative and‘Amsterdam’as test materials,this paper carried out QTL analysis on grain length,grain width,length-width ratio and thousand-grain weight of carrot seeds.The results indicated that the grain length,grain width,length-width ratio and thousand-grain weight of BIL population seed showed a biased normal distribution.There were significant positive correlations between grain length and width and thousand-grain weight.The ratio of length to width was positively correlated with grain length and negatively correlated with grain width,but not with thousand-grain weight,indicating that both grain length and grain width could affect thousand-grain weight.Based on the previously constructed genetic map,3 QTL loci related to grain length,one QTL loci related to grain width and 2 QTL loci related to thousand-grain weight were obtained.Phenotypic contribution rate ranged from 8.8%-18.3%.
