摘 要:目的探讨复合屏蔽材料对低剂量X射线的辐射防护效果。方法利用正常使用的普通X射线检查室,以卧位和立位两种检查方式模拟进行胸部正位检查,分别对有复合屏蔽和无复合屏蔽的辐射剂量进行比较,探讨复合屏蔽材料对减少辐射剂量的效果。结果以卧位检查时,复合屏蔽材料对辐射剂量的减少率为99.16%;以立位检查时,复合屏蔽材料对辐射剂量的减少率为93.53%。结论使用复合屏蔽材料可有效减少相关人员受到的辐射,但复合屏蔽材料的使用方式会影响其防护效果,故需提高辐射防护技能,以保护相关人员的身体健康。Objective In the course of ordinary x-ray diagnosis and treatment,Radiation protection effect of composite shielding material on low dose x-ray.Methods IThe normal x-ray examination room was used to simulate the chest orthotopic examination in both horizontal and vertical position,and the radiation dose was compared between the compound shielding and the non-compound shielding,the proportion of radiation dose reduction due to composite shielding is studied.Results The radiation dose was reduced by 99.16%by compound shielding in the supine position;The radiation dose was reduced by 99.16%by compound shielding in the standing position.Conclusion The use of compound shielding can effectively reduce the radiation of related personnel,how to use of compound shielding will affect its protective effect,must improve the radiation protection skills,protect the health of related personnel.
