摘  要:通过连铸试制高锰钢板坯,并热轧成8 mm、30 mm厚度钢板。结果表明:采用CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)系低熔点保护渣能有效减轻结晶器内钢-渣反应;热轧态钢板力学性能完全满足ASTM A1106/A1106M—17标准要求;薄规格钢板晶界处存在析出物,是影响钢板低温韧性的关键因素;经过高温固溶热处理,晶界析出物消失,钢板-196℃低温韧性大幅度提升。High manganese steel slab is trial-produced by continuous casting and hot-rolled into steel plate of 8 mm and 30 mm thickness.The results show that CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)system mold powder of low melting point is used to effectively reduce the steel-slag interface reaction in the mold.The mechanical properties of as-rolled steel plate fully satisfy the requirements of ASTM A1106/A1106M—17 standard.Precipitates exist at the grain boundary of light gauge steel plate,which is the key factor affecting the low temperature toughness of steel plate.The precipitates at the grain boundary disappear after high temperature solid solution,the low temperature toughness at-196℃is greatly improved.
