摘　　要：钢包透气砖在使用过程中很容易损毁,其原因一般包括热应力作用、烧氧清吹、钢水和熔渣冲刷、侵蚀等多个方面。针对这些原因,通过改变材质提高透气砖质量、增加夹缝厚度保证透气量、透气砖前期免烧以减少侵蚀以及现场工艺制度改进等措施。提高了透气砖的使用寿命,使用炉次由40炉增加到60炉。The causes of the frequent ladle purging plug damage during operation generally include thermal stress effect,oxyen burning,molten steel and fusion slag washing and erosion.For the damage causes,the measures are taken by improving the plug quality after modifing the material,ensuring the air permeability,reducing erosion in the mode of burning-free pre-purging,optimizing the site process system,which prolongs the service life of the purging plug from 40 heats to 60 heats.
