摘 要:在宽厚板生产过程中,一个关键问题就是轧制计划编制的是否合理,否则会直接影响生产效率和产品质量。针对此问题,结合现代钢铁企业生产管理的特点和轧制工艺要求,建立了基于多目标优化算法的热轧批量计划模型,以合同兑现优先、热装效率优先、最大产能为优化目标,提出了排产策略,以生产数据为基础进行的仿真实验证实算法科学有效,在南钢率先实施,具有推广意义。In the process of wide and heavy plate production,one of the key issues is if the rolling plan scheduling is rational,otherwise it will directly affect the producetion efficiency and product quality.For such issue,the hot rolling batch planning model is set up on the basis of multi-objective optimization algorithm in combination with the characteristics of production management and rolling process requirements for modern iron and steel enterprise,the production scheduling strategy is proposed by taking contract fulfillment priority,hot charging efficiency priority and maximum production capacity as the optimization objectives.The algorithm is proved to be scientifically effective by simulation experiment on the basis of production data,which is implemented in Nangang and has the significance of promotion.
