摘　　要：以浙江杭甬复线宁波一期工程为例,阐述了单片最大质量达1 745 t的50 m整孔箱梁在预制、安装过程中的安全管控手段,包括对施工安全中的人、物和场所进行的智能化管理,对大型设备和特种设备进行的专项安全管理,以及创新应用多种现场安全管理手段以保证全员持证上岗的具体措施。所得经验可为类似项目提供借鉴。Taking Zhejiang Hangzhou-Ningbo Double-track Ningbo Phase I Project as an example, the safety management and control measures of a 50 m full-span box girder of the maximum weight 1 745 t in the precast and erection process are expounded, including the intelligent management of people, things and places in the construction safety, the special safety management of the large-sized equipment and special equipment, the safety management measures of innovative application multiple sites and the other specific measures to guarantee all staff with certificates. All experience can be referred for the similar projects.
