摘 要:根据铁路客车209P型转向架摇枕托梁安全吊故障情况,分析了安全吊的振动模态特性,在不改变原来安全吊及安装吊座几何形状的前提条件下,提出了采用碳纤维材料的安全吊结构,使整个安全吊装置结构具有更高的疲劳强度和结构可靠性,对碳纤维安全吊进行了结构模态、振动疲劳寿命计算分析,开展了振动冲击试验、拉伸试验以及线路动应力测试,结果表明,采用碳纤维材料的安全吊提高了安全吊及吊座的可靠性,解决了疲劳断裂问题。According to the railway passenger car 209P type bogie bolster safety hanger fault condition,analyzes the characteristics of the vibration modes of safety hanger without changing the original safety hanger hoisting and installation of the hanger bridge geometry premise condition.A safety suspension structure made of carbon fiber is proposed,the fatigue strength and reliability of the whole structure of the safety crane are enhanced.The structural modal and vibration fatigue life of the carbon fiber safety crane are calculated and analyzed.Vibration impact test,tensile test and line dynamic stress test are carried out.The results show that the carbon fiber material safety hanger and hanger bridge improves the reliability and solves the fatigure broken problem.
