摘 要:为了筛选出适宜湖南省永州市重金属污染耕地种植的镉砷同步低积累水稻品种,研究以初步验证为镉砷同步低吸收的水稻品种、推荐应急性镉低积累水稻品种和永州当地主栽品种等11个水稻品种为材料,通过田间小区试验考察各品种对镉、砷的吸收转运情况以及田间综合表现。结果表明:11个水稻品种糙米镉含量范围为0.154~0.429 mg/kg,其中广泰优粤禾丝苗和C两优755的糙米镉含量低于食品安全国家限量标准;精米镉含量范围为0.152~0.432 mg/kg,其中广泰优粤禾丝苗和C两优755均未超标;糙米砷含量范围为0.259~0.550 mg/kg,均超过食品安全国家标准;精米砷含量范围为0.154~0.307 mg/kg,其中8个品种未超标;11个水稻品种实际产量平均值为(9414.3±21.76)kg/hm2,其中丰千乡优517和C两优755相较于平均值增产超过5%,荃优596和晶两优534相较于平均值减产超过5%。因此,11个水稻品种中仅广泰优粤禾丝苗的精米镉、砷含量均不超标且综合表现好,可优先在湖南省永州市轻度镉砷复合污染稻田进行试种。To select out rice varieties with low simultaneous absorption of Cd and As that are suitable for the heavy metals contaminated field of Yongzhou City,Hunan Province,11 rice varieties as the tested subjects were involved in a field plot experiment,and their field performance as well as their absorption and transfer for Cd and As were investigated.These 11 rice varieties included those preliminarily verified as simultaneously low absorption of Cd and As,those recommended as emergency varieties with low bioaccumulation of Cd,and those local major rice varieties.The results showed that among the 11 rice varieties,the Cd contents in brown rice ranged from 0.154 mg/kg to 0.429 mg/kg,especially in brown rice of Guangtaiyouyuehesimiao and C liangyou 755 were lower than the national food safety standard;the Cd contents in milled rice ranged from 0.152 mg/kg to 0.432 mg/kg,well in Guangtaiyouyuehesimiao and C liangyou 755 did not exceed the national food safety standard;the As contents in brown rice ranged from 0.259 mg/kg to 0.550 mg/kg,all of which exceeded the national food safety standard;and the As contents in milled rice ranged from 0.154 mg/kg to 0.307 mg/kg,while eight varieties did not exceed the national food safety standard.The average actual yield of the 11 rice varieties was 9414.3±21.76 kg/hm2,compared with which Fengqianxiangyou 517 and C liangyou 755 increased by more than 5%,and Quanyou 596 and Jingliangyou 534 reduced by more than 5%.In conclusion,only Guangtaiyouyuehesimiao did not exceed the national food safety standard in both the Cd and As contents in milled rice in addition to its good comprehensive performance,so it could be planted in Yongzhou as a priority.
