金刺梨砧木对月季嫁接苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为了挖掘金刺梨的新型应用价值,以金刺梨为砧木,12个月季品种为接穗,研究了金刺梨对月季嫁接苗生长的影响。结果表明:金刺梨砧木与藤本樱霞和粉团蔷薇的嫁接亲和性强,其嫁接成活率分别为94.44%和93.33%,显著高于其他砧穗组合,金刺梨砧木与黑魔术、卡罗娜、腮红冰山和绯扇的嫁接亲和性较强,其嫁接成活率均高于85%;金刺梨砧木的径生长量整体表现为受到月季接穗的抑制,同时金刺梨砧木又抑制月季接穗的生长,表现为植株矮化,茎粗变细,主茎节间数减少,但对分枝数和开花的影响在不同月季接穗品种间存在差异,部分品种花量增多、部分品种花朵增大。In order to explore the new application value of Rosa roxburghii,the effect of Rosa roxburghii as a rootstock on the growth of grafted seedlings of 12 Rosa varietie was studied.The results showed that Rosa roxburghii had a strong grafting affinity for the scions of Rosa hybrida‘Sakuragasumi CL’and Rosa multiflora var.cathayensis,of which the grafting survival rates were 94.44%and 93.33%,respectively,significantly higher than those of the other rootstock-scion combinations.Rosa roxburghii was also compatible with R.hybrida'Magia Nera',R.hybrida'Carola',R.hybrida'Blush Iceberg'and R.hybrida'Hiogi',of which the survival rates were all over 85%.But these scions inhibited the stem growth of Rosa roxburghii rootstock in general.Conversely,Rosa roxburghii rootstock also inhibited the growth of these scions,resulting in dwarfed plants,thin stems,and the less internode number of main stems;on the other hand,its influence on the branch number and flowering of these scions varied between 12 varieties,some of which had more flowers,and some had larger flowers.
