学术期刊编辑警惕“平庸之恶”的策略探析

摘　　要：学术期刊的“平庸之恶”已经引起学术界的警觉,其表现在制造“文化垃圾”、干扰人才评价、败坏学术风气等诸多方面。学术期刊责任编辑必须对自身角色重新定位,同时学术期刊编辑更要主动担当来警惕“平庸之恶”,具体可通过建立学术朋友圈、加强编辑主体意识、提升编辑审稿能力从而培养“编辑五力”、推进编辑学者化等途径,以实现在学术期刊的创新发展中发挥自己应有作用的现实目标。The“evil of mediocrity”of academic journals has aroused the vigilance of the academic world,which is manifested in many aspects,such as creating“cultural garbage”,interfering with talent evaluation,and corrupting the academic atmosphere as well.The responsible editors of academic journals must reposition their roles,and editors of academic journals must take the initiative to guard against the“evil of mediocrity”.Particularly,they can try to cultivate“editors”by establishing an academic circle of friends,strengthening the editor’s awareness of the subject,and improving the ability of editors to review manuscripts to enhance“Five Forces”and scholarization of editors,so as to achieve the realistic goal of playing its due role in the innovation and development of academic journals.
