摘　　要：生态环境保护与经济发展的关系问题就如红色的经纬线始终贯穿于我国的发展历程之中。从学理上说,习近平总书记提出的“两山”理论既是中国共产党不断破解生态保护与经济发展这一重大难题的标志性理论成果,也是中国共产党对现代绿色发展理论的一种具有中国特色的生动阐释与创造性发展。正是依靠“两山”理论的指导,浙江省的生态经济发展走在了全国前列。因此,考察和分析浙江省生态经济发展的典型案例并由此概括与提炼其中所蕴涵的生态经济模式,对于新时代我国的高质量发展与可持续发展具有非常重要的理论意义和实践价值。The relationship between ecological protection and economic development,like a red warp and weft line,is running through the development process of our country.Theoretically speaking,the“Two Mountains”theory proposed by President Xi Jinpin is not only a landmark theoretical achievement of our Party in cracking the major problem of ecological protection and economic development,but also a vivid interpretation and creative development with Chinese characteristics of the modern green development theory.Relying on the guidance of the“Two Mountains”theory,the ecological economic development of Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in the country.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to examine and analyze the typical cases of eco-economic development in Zhejiang Province and summarize and refine the eco-economic paradigm contained therein for the high-quality development and sustainable development of China in the new era.
