摘　　要：中医思维作为中医学传承发展的重要组成部分,是在中国传统哲学理念影响下逐渐产生的,其整体观念、阴阳理论、藏象理论和中和观念等理念无不映射着中国哲学的思辨智慧。随着西医学的交融与碰撞,中西医学在个体化与标准化、灵活辨证与标准治疗等方面的差异逐步显现,各具特色、互相交流的趋势愈发显著。面对中西交流的新形势,传承精华、坚持中医思维是基础与根本,守正创新、强化逻辑性与求真性则是发展中医药的重要切入,在了解中华文化、体悟中国哲学理念的基础上,坚持与深化对中医思维的传承与发展,是推动中医药前进的必由之路。As an important part of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM),the TCM thinking is gradually founded under the influence of traditional Chinese philosophy.Its holism,yin and yang theory,Zangxiang theory and neutralization concept all embody the speculative wisdom of Chinese philosophy.With its integration and collision with western medicine,the differences between them in individualization and standardization,flexible syndrome differentiation and standard treatment gradually come into appearance.The trend of each having its own unique characteristics yet maintaining constant mutual exchanges is becoming more and more prominent.In the face of the new situation,passing on the essence and adhering to Chinese medicine thinking constitute the foundation,and upholding integrity and pursuing innovation,strengthening logicality and seeking truth become the important starting points for the development of Chinese medicine.On the basis of understanding Chinese culture and appreciating Chinese philosophy,adhering to and deepening the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine thinking is the only way to promote its progress.
