钩藤的临床应用及其用量探究

摘　　要：通过搜集古代医籍及现代医家临床应用文献,总结出钩藤具有以下特点:1)临床应用汤剂为8~30 g,常用剂量为15~30 g,散剂用量为0.003~0.21 g。2)结合病种、证型、症状选择其最佳剂量,如清热平肝、息风止痉治疗高血压、中风、脑梗死、头痛、Burkitt淋巴瘤等,用量为8~30 g,散剂用量为0.125 g;清热平肝、息风定惊治疗如惊风、胎动不安等,散剂用量为0.003~0.21 g;平肝熄风止眩治疗眩晕病,用量为10 g。3)为发挥其最佳功效,常根据病种、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如清热平肝、息风止痉常配伍天麻、法半夏、羚羊角、蜈蚣、菊花等;清热平肝、息风定惊常配伍全蝎、人参等;平肝熄风止眩晕常配伍天麻等。Through collecting the ancient medical books and the clinical application literature of modern doctors,it is concluded that gambir plant nod has the following characteristics:(1)Its clinical dosage range is 8-30 g in decoctions,and its common dosage range is 15-30 g,while in powders 0.003-0.21 g.(2)The best dosage of gambir plant nod should be determined according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For instance,when used for clearing heat and suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving spasm to treat hypertension,stroke,cerebral infarction,headache,Burkitt lymphoma,etc.,its dosage range is 8-30 g,and 0.125 g in powders.For clearing heat and suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving fright in the treatment of convulsion,threatened abortion,etc.,its dosage range in powders is 0.003-0.21g.For suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving vertigo,its dosage range is 10 g.(3)In order to give full play to its best effect,gambir plant nod is often combined with corresponding Chinese drugs according to different diseases,syndrome types and symptoms.For example,for clearing heat and suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving spasm,it is often compatible with tall gastrodia tuber,processed pinellia tuber,antelope horn,centipede,chrysanthemum flower,etc.For clearing heat and suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving fright,it is often compatible with scorpion,ginseng,etc.For suppressing hyperactive liver,calming endogenous wind and relieving vertigo,it is often compatible with tall gastrodia tuber,etc.
