脐周八穴埋线对拟行体外受精-胚胎移植术治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者妊娠结局与相关脂肪因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨脐周八穴埋线对拟行体外受精-胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者妊娠结局及相关脂肪因子的影响。方法 选择拟行体外受精-胚胎移植术治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者96例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各48例。对照组予常规体外受精-胚胎移植术治疗,研究组增加脐周八穴埋线治疗。观察2组治疗前后血脂各指标及脂肪因子水平,检测2组治疗前后各性激素指标水平,记录并比较2组行体外受精-胚胎移植术治疗后促性腺激素(Gn)剂量及使用天数、获卵率、种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率。结果 2组治疗后血清FSH、FSH/LH、E、P水平均高于治疗前,血清LH、T及PRL水平低于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后各性激素水平均高于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Gn天数、用量及流产率均小于对照组,临床妊娠率显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 脐周八穴埋线有助于多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者降低BMI,调整脂肪因子及激素水平,提高患者行IVF-ET治疗后临床妊娠率,降低流产率。Objective To investigate the e?ects of embedding catguts at eight points around the umbilicus on pregnancy outcomes and adipokines in infertility patients with the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing an in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods A total of 96 patients with the PCOS infertility treated by an IVF-ET in our hospital from October 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine IVF-ET,while the study group was treated with the therapy of embedding catguts at the eight points around the umbilicus.The levels of blood lipids and adipokines before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the levels of sex hormones were measured before and after treatment in the two groups.The dose of gonadotropin (Gn),the number of days of its use,the egg harvest rate,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and abortion rate after the IVF treatment were recorded and calculated.Results The levels of serum FSH,FSH/LH,Eand P in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,while the levels of serum LH,T and PRL were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of sex hormones in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The number of GN days,dosage and abortion rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of embedding catguts at eight points around the umbilicus can help reduce BMI,adjust the adipokines and hormone levels,increase the clinical pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate in patients with the PCOS infertility after an IVF-ET treatment.
