摘　　要：盆底功能障碍疾病(pelvic floor dysfunction,PFD)是盆底支持结构薄弱引起的疾病,常见于老年女性,对女性生活质量造成严重影响。PFD可采用手术及非手术方案治疗。盆底肌康复治疗属于非手术治疗方案,避免手术并发症达到治疗效果的同时提高了患者的生活质量,在PFD中的应用得到越来越多的认可,本研究整理了对于老年无法耐受手术的轻中度患者不同的盆底肌康复疗法的作用机制及临床应用情况,以供临床工作人员参考。Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD),a disease caused by the weakness in the pelvic floor supporting structure,is common in elderly women and has a serious impact on their quality of life.Able to be treated with both surgical and non-surgical therapies,the pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatment,as a non-surgical scheme,can achieve a remarkable therapeutic e?ect,while avoid complications in surgeries and improve the life quality of patients at the same time.Consequently,its application in PFD has gained more and more recognitions.This article sorts out and summarizes the mechanisms and clinical application of different pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation treatments for the aged patients with mild or moderate PFD who are ineligible for a surgery,in a bid to provide a reference for its future clinical practice.
