摘 要:采用正交试验法,编制了25种不同管道尺寸、不同缺陷尺寸的正交实验图,对20号钢管道进行非线性计算。研究了单一载荷及组合载荷下含环向表面裂纹缺陷管道的塑性极限载荷,并用公式计算不同载荷工况下管道的塑性极限载荷,将有限元分析值与理论值进行对比,验证有限元计算的准确性。分析了裂纹环向长度、轴向长度、深度及管径4个因素对塑性极限载荷的影响,从而得到这4个因素对不同载荷工况下管道承载能力的影响规律以及相同裂纹尺寸的管道在不同载荷工况下的等效应力图。Using the orthogonal test method,the orthogonal experimental drawings of 25 different pipe sizes and different defect sizes were compiled,and the nonlinear calculation of No.20 steel pipe was carried out.The plastic limit load of pipeline with circumferential surface crack defect under single load and combined load was studied,and the plastic limit load of pipeline under different load conditions was calculated by formula.The accuracy of finite element calculation was verified by comparing the finite element analysis value with the theoretical value.The influence of the four factors of crack circumferential length,axial length,depth and pipe diameter on the plastic limit load was analyzed,and the influence rule of these four factors on the bearing capacity of the pipe under different load conditions was obtained,as well as the equivalent effect diagram of the pipe with the same crack size under different load conditions.
