摘  要:为降低石油钻采作业威胁,提高工作环境安全等级,提出一种应用FAHP模型的石油钻采设备节能运行安全评估方法。根据评估指标体系构建出多级递阶模型,以环境因素、设备自身因素、管理因素以及设备操作水平因素作为评价指标,计算指标隶属度,归一化处理后得出对应参数权重取值;输入至定量隶属度函数矩阵内复合运算,获得一级、二级指标最终权重值;分析每个指标对节能运行的影响程度,采用最大隶属度原则,分析石油钻采设备节能运行的安全性。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够全面考虑影响设备的风险因素,具有较强的适用性及评估结果有效性。In order to reduce the threat of oil drilling and production operations and improve the safety level of the working environment,a safety assessment method for energy saving operation of oil drilling and production equipment using FAHP model was proposed.According to the evaluation index system,a multi-level hierarchical model is constructed.Environmental factors,equipment factors,management factors and equipment operation level factors are used as evaluation indicators to calculate the index membership,and the corresponding parameter weights are obtained after normalization.Input to the quantitative membership function matrix for compound operation to obtain the final weight values of the primary and secondary indicators.To analyze the impact of each index on energy-saving operation,and analyze the safety of energy-saving operation of oil drilling and production equipment by adopting the principle of maximum subordination.The simulation results show that the proposed method can fully consider the risk factors affecting equipment,and has strong applicability and effectiveness of the evaluation results.
