摘  要:随着骆驼山选煤厂厂房标准化、生产精细化不断的推进,涌出可预见的问题迫切需要解决,在主入洗传送工艺保持不变的基础上,增加3台电子胶带秤,通过回归方程建立给煤机频率与煤流量的函数关系,通过均衡PID算法实现入洗原煤煤量的均衡,按偏差的比例(P)、积分(I)和微分(D)进行控制。对于“一阶滞后+纯滞后”与“二阶滞后+纯滞后”的控制对象,PID控制器是一种最优控制,它的参数整定方式简便,结构改变灵活,数据信息长周期记录,综合计算力求给煤机周期时长,单次生产高频运行,提高洗选工艺设备利用率。With the continuous promotion of standardization and refinement of production in Luotuoshan Coal Preparation Plant,the foreseeable problems of gushing need to be solved urgently.On the basis of keeping the main washing and conveying process unchanged,three electronic belt weighers are added to establish the functional relationship between the frequency of coal feeder and the coal flow through regression equation.The balance of the amount of raw coal washed in is achieved through the balance PID algorithm,which is controlled according to the proportion of deviation(P),integral(I)and differential(D).For the control objects of"first order lag+pure lag"and"second order lag+pure lag",the PID controller is an optimal control.Its parameter setting mode is simple,the structure is flexible,and the data information is recorded for a long period.The comprehensive calculation strives for a long period of coal feeder,high frequency operation of single secondary production,and improving the utilization rate of washing process equipment.
