摘  要:文章在空间相机次镜三杆和筒体复合支撑结构设计中,引入了拓扑优化设计方法,通过仿真确立了传力路线,在规定的设计空间内实现了结构的轻量化;结合材料成型工艺,完成了次镜支撑结构的设计和仿真分析,并根据设计方案制备了质量约7.62kg的实际结构产品;对该产品进行了测试,测得频率为176.03Hz,满足产品设计的轻量化指标要求以及频率性能要求。文章提出的设计方法对于同轴光学系统中次镜支撑结构的轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值。In this paper,the topology optimization design method is introduced in the design of the three-bar support and cylinder composite structure for the secondary mirror of space cameras.The load path is established through simulation,and the lightweight structure is realized in the specified design space.Combined with the material forming process,the design and simulation analysis of the secondary mirror support structure are completed,and the actual structure product with a mass of about 7.62kg is manufactured according to the design scheme.The product is tested and the measured frequency is 176.03Hz,which meets the lightweight index requirements and frequency performance requirements.The design method proposed in this paper has a certain reference value for the lightweight design of the secondary mirror support structure in coaxial optical systems.
