摘 要:近年来,我国居民主要农产品消费水平逐渐趋于稳定,粮食消费水平接近发达国家,肉类消费已高于发展中国家均值。需要关注的是,我国粮食、肉类等主要农产品消费量占全球消费总量的比例明显高于人口占比;居民农产品人均年消费量大多已超膳食营养推荐标准;膳食营养推荐标准与国际相比,科学性还有待深化。在农产品供求紧平衡背景下,应尽早重视农产品消费侧引导和管理,将其纳入农产品调控范畴,在消费侧着手给农产品供给减压,促进农产品供求宽松平衡。鼓励居民家庭适当储备农产品,提倡藏粮于民、储农产品于户,减轻国家储备压力和供应负担,增强农产品供应的稳定性。普及健康饮食常识教育,进一步深化、细化、科学化适合我国国民的膳食营养推荐标准,倡导适量消费农产品、健康摄入营养物。In recent years,the consumption level of major agricultural products of Chinese residents has gradually stabilized,with agrain consumption level close to that of developed countriesand a meat consumption level higher than the average of developing countries.However,it should be noted that China’s consumption of grain,meat and other major agricultural products accounts for a significantly higher proportion of the total global consumption than that of the proportion of the population;the per capita annual consumption of agricultural products has mostly exceeded the recommended dietary nutrition standards;compared with the international standards,furthermore,the recommended standards in China need to be optimized.In the context of a tight balance between supply and demand of agricultural products,we should pay attention to the guidance and management of agricultural products on the consumption side as early as possible,bring it into the scope of agricultural products regulation,and start to reduce the pressure on agricultural products supply on the consumer side,so as to promote a loose balance between supply and demand of agricultural products.We will encourage households to properly store agricultural products,reduce the pressure on national reserves and supply burden,and enhance the stability of the supply of agricultural products.We will popularize the common sense of a healthy diet,further deepen,refine and scientifically recommend the dietary nutrition standards suitable for Chinese people,and advocate the consumption of agricultural products in an appropriate amount and a healthy intake of nutrients.
