东北地区工业遗产旅游开发可持续发展探析——基于生态理念视角

摘　　要：东北地区工业遗产旅游开发对象大多局限在孤立的工业建筑(群)或工业遗产片区等层面上,忽视了工业遗产的整体性,忽视了工业遗产与周围环境、地域特征和产业功能的关联性,这不利于工业遗产旅游可持续发展。基于生态理念视角,采用文献分析方法和实地调研方法,从整体性思维方式出发,对东北地区工业遗产形成的社会环境和自然环境进行系统分析。研究认为,东北地区工业遗产作为一个有机整体,既包括物质性遗产,又包括非物质性遗产,是东北人民在复杂的社会环境中依托丰富的自然环境长期从事工业创造活动的劳动结晶,蕴含着特定的人文精神和鲜明的地域特征,从而决定了东北地区工业遗产的独特价值。东北地区工业遗产旅游开发要实现可持续发展,应以生态理念为指导,选择生态化开发模式。Most of the objects of industrial heritage tourism development in Northeast China are limited to the level of isolated industrial buildings(clusters)or industrial heritage areas while ignoring the holistic nature of industrial heritage and the relevance of industrial heritage to the surrounding environment, regional characteristics, and industrial functions, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of industrial heritage tourism.Based on the ecological concept, literature and field research method, this paper systematically analyses the social and natural environment and argues that the industrial heritage of the Northeast, as an organic whole, includes both tangible and intangible heritage which is the culmination of the labour of the people of Northeast China who have long been engaged in industrial creative activities in a complex social environment and relying on a rich natural environment. The complex social environment has nurtured the specific humanistic spirit of the industrial heritage, while the rich natural environment has shaped the distinctive regional characteristics of the industrial heritage, thus determining the unique value of the industrial heritage in the Northeast. To achieve sustainable development, industrial heritage tourism in the Northeast should be guided by the ecological concept and choose an ecological development model.
