摘 要:绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)模块是电机控制器中主要的发热源。为使IGBT模块工作在安全温度范围内,基于正交实验设计某电动汽车用45 kW永磁同步电机控制器水冷散热器。首先,在估算IGBT模块热损耗基础上,初步确定散热器结构,并通过热仿真确定影响散热器性能的主要因素;然后,采用正交实验法对冷却液流速、肋片高度、肋片厚度、肋片间距、扰流柱类型及散热器基板厚度等因素进行优化,获得散热器的最佳控制和结构参数。仿真结果表明,设计的散热器能够满足IGBT模块的散热需求。Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)module is the main heat source in the electric motor controller.To make the IGBT module work in a safe temperature range,a water-cooled radiator for a 45kW permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)controller of electric vehicle was designed based on orthogonal experiment.Based on estimating the heat loss of the IGBT module,the radiator structure was determined preliminarily.The main factors affecting the performance of the radiator were clarified via thermal simulation.Then,the factors such as coolant flow rate,fin height,fin thickness,fin spacing,spoiler type and radiator substrate thickness were optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal control and structural parameters of the radiator were obtained.Simulation results show that the designed radiator can meet the heat dissipation requirements of IGBT module.
