清法治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症经验

摘　　要：糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症是糖尿病常见并发症之一,西医对其发病机制尚未完全明确,治疗方式局限,临床迁延难愈,严重影响患者生活。文章认为糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症多以实证为主,临床常见肺热血瘀、血热动风之象,将其分为3个发展阶段,在此基础上以八法之清法为主,立“清肺”“清血”“清风”为法,自拟瘙痒方,临床收效颇丰。文章从病因病机、理法方药方面对瘙痒方进行分析并通过列举医案佐证。Diabetes prurituscutanea is a common complication of diabetes,modern medicine does not fully understand its pathogenesis,its treatment is limited,difficulty to cure and seriously affect the patient’s life.Combined with many years of clinical experience,we think the main pathogenesis is that wet and heat resistance,blood hot,and blood stasis block,so divides the disease into three stages.On this basis,taking the clearing method of the eight methods as the main method,establishing the methods of clearing the lung,clearing the blood and refreshing the wind,and making a self-made“Saoyang Formulation”,received good curative effect.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis,the theory,method and herbs of this prescription were analyzed and the medical cases were cited as evidence.
