摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病极其常见的并发症之一,是构成终末期肾脏病的重要组成部分,西医主要依靠治疗原发病来延缓疾病进展,糖尿病肾病发病机制尚不明确,目前研究表明与足细胞损伤、微循环障碍、炎症反应、氧化应激等密切相关。动物实验可重复性高、可操作性强,中药复方、单味中药及中药成分确有疗效,就近十多年来中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的实验研究进行综述。Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common complications of diabetes and is an important part of end-stage renal disease.Western medicine mainly relies on the treatment of primary disease to delay disease progression.The pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is not yet clear.Microcirculation disorders,inflammation,oxidative stress are closely related.Due to the high repeatability and operability of animal experiments,Chinese herbal compound,single Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese herbal medicine active ingredients have obvious curative effect.In this study,a summary of the experimental research on the treatment of diabetic kidney disease by traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years.
