摘  要:矿井回风作为重要的矿井次生产物,蕴含着丰富的低温余热资源。对其进行开发利用,对矿区实现清洁供热具有积极意义。在对现有回风余热利用技术分析后,针对陕西某煤矿燃气供热系统运行费用较高的现状,设计了直冷式矿井回风余热系统以满足矿区生产和生活用热需求。分析表明:回风余热利用系统的投入可使供热系统运行费用大幅降低,项目投资回收期3~4a,系统运行过程不消耗任何化石燃料,降低了碳排放,具有明显的经济效益和环境效益。As an important mine secondary product, mine return air contains abundant low-temperature waste heat resources. Its development and utilization have positive significance for the realization of clean heating in the mining area. After analyzing the existing return air waste heat utilization technology, in view of the high cost of natural gas heating system of a coal mine in Shaanxi, a direct cooling mine return air waste heat system is designed to meet the production and domestic heat demand of the mining area. The analysis shows that the investment in the return air waste heat utilization system can greatly reduce the operating cost of the heating system. The project investment payback period is 3~4 a. The system operation process does not consume fossil fuels, which reduces carbon emissions, and has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
