摘　　要：近年来,四平市积极贯彻落实习近平总书记亲临梨树县视察时表示“要保护好黑土地这一耕地中的大熊猫”的重要指示精神,在农业可持续发展这一根本性问题上,全力发挥好金融支持保障作用。引领四平市金融系统以“黑金贷”信贷产品为突破口,积极探索绿色金融业务,助力“梨树模式”增量扩面,承担起金融支持黑土地保护、守护粮食安全这一三农“压舱石”的重大机遇与责任,用好金融活水,助力保护“耕地中的大熊猫”。In recent years,Siping City has actively implemented the spirit of the important instructions that General Secretary Xi Jinping said when he visited Lishu County in person,"to protect the black land,the giant pandas in the cultivated land",on the fundamental issue of sustainable agricultural development.,and give full play to the role of fi nancial support and guarantee.Lead the fi nancial system of Siping City to take the"black gold loan"credit product as a breakthrough,actively explore green fi nancial business,help the incremental expansion of the"pear tree model",and undertake the"ballast"of financial support for black land protection and food security.The great opportunity and responsibility of"Shi",make good use of fi nancial resources,and help protect"giant pandas in arable land".
