对吉林省企业境外放款业务的调研

摘　　要：随着全球疫情、俄乌冲突等不利因素的影响,境外企业急需通过境外放款这种快速的融资方式缓解境外运营资金的短缺态势,境内关联企业无需前置部门审批,到所在地外汇局办理相关登记后,便可通过银行将资金汇出境外。但企业实际放款目的、境外复杂多变的经营环境等因素使得企业境外放款逾期的可能性大幅提升,导致资金回流受阻,进而影响整体国际收支平衡。因此,本文通过调查研究的方式了解吉林省企业目前对于境外放款业务存在的难点和问题,并根据企业相关实际情况给出政策上的意见和建议。With the deepening of regional division of labor,coordinated development of regional economy shows great vitality.Exploring new ways to regulate the gap and optimize the allocation of resources on the basis of giving full play to the advantages of each region to improve the overall economic benefits of the region has become more and more concerned.Financial development has become the main factor to promote regional economic development.Based on the index data of Jilin Province’s loans and deposits scale and high-quality development,this paper builds a panel data model and conducts theoretical and empirical analysis from the perspective of deposit and loan scale of three regional financial institutions in Jilin Province to reflect the diff erences of regional fi nancial structures.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the rapid economic of Jilin province.
