摘  要:本文制备并测试分析了不同质量分数为0%、10%、20%、30%、40%的银铜粉/10%膨胀石墨/石蜡复合相变材料的潜热值、导热系数,同时进一步设计实验研究了此复合材料在整个相变过程中的换热性能。实验结果表明,20%银铜粉/10%膨胀石墨/石蜡新型定形相变材料拥有较低的渗漏率,潜热值衰减了约21.5%,但导热系数提高了555%。同时,相比纯石蜡,该定形相变材料在相变过程中的换热速度和蓄热能力均有明显提高,且此比例下,该定形相变蓄热材料的性能总体较好。This article prepared and analyzed the latent heat value and thermal conductivity of silver copper powder/10% expanded graphite/paraffin composite phase change materials with different mass fractions of 0%, 10%,20%, 30%, and 40%. At the same time, the experiment was further designed and studied. the heat transfer performance of the composite material during the whole phase change process. The experimental results show that the 20% silver copper powder/10% expanded graphite/paraffin wax new shape-setting phase change material has a lower leakage rate, the latent heat value is attenuated by about 21.5%, but the thermal conductivity is increased by 555%. At the same time,compared with pure paraffin, the heat exchange rate and heat storage capacity of the shape-stable phase change material in the phase change process are significantly improved, and under this ratio, the performance of the shape-stable phase change heat storage material is generally better.
