摘 要:为对我国北方农村地区分布式能源系统效益进行综合评价,本文考虑能源,经济和环境三方面效益,建立了分布式能源系统评价指标体系。基于组合赋权法和优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)提出了适合我国北方农村地区分布式能源系统评价方法。以济南市刚家村为例,利用所提出的指标体系和评价方法对三种系统方案进行了综合评价,并根据相对贴近度对各方案进行比较。结果表明,在我国北方农村地区,分布式能源系统综合效益显著优于传统分供式能源系统。天然气分布式能源系统比沼气分布式能源系统具有更高的综合效益,但二者相差不大。In order to comprehensively evaluate the benefits of distributed energy systems in northern rural areas, this paper considers the benefits of energy, economy and environment, and establishes a distributed energy system evaluation index system;based on the combination weighting method and TOPSIS suitable for distributed energy systems in northern rural areas is proposed. Taking Gangjia Village in Jinan City as an example, the proposed index system and evaluation method are used to comprehensively evaluate three systems, and compare the schemes according to the relative closeness. The results show that in the rural areas of north China, the comprehensive benefits of distributed energy systems are significantly better than traditional distributed energy systems;natural gas distributed energy systems have higher comprehensive benefits than biogas distributed energy systems with a little gap.
