摘  要:以某港口码头改造工程为例,介绍了码头转运站除尘工程改造设计的思路。以粉尘特性为切入点,结合工程实际情况,选取干式除尘系统为合理方案。根据干式除尘器的效率和当地环保要求,选取脉冲式布袋除尘为最佳的除尘方式,最后对脉冲袋式除尘系统进行了详细设计,其中对风量计算提出了新的经验总结,为后期此类项目提供设计思路。Taking the reconstruction project of a port wharf as an example, this paper introduces the design idea of the dust removal project on the wharf transfer station. Combined with the dust characteristics and the actual situation of the project, the dry-type collection system is selected as the reasonable scheme. And pulse-jet bag dust collector is selected as the best dust removal method by the efficiency of dry-type collection. Finally, pulse-jet bag dust collector is designed in detail, and a new experience summary of air volume calculation is put forward to provide design ideas for such projects in the later stage.
