摘  要:针对传统的氨氮传感器只能单一检测水体铵根离子或游离氨,无法满足直接对水中氨氮进行在线精确测量的需求,文中提出一种多因素补偿的氨氮传感器设计方法。该传感器具有铵离子、钾离子、温度和pH四个探头,能同时测量水体中的铵离子浓度、钾离子浓度、温度和酸碱度,排除钾离子对铵根离子电极的干扰,并通过酸碱度和温度得到氨的解离度。利用微处理器对采集到的信号进行分析处理,通过铵离子和钾离子的测量值实现对游离氨的自动测量,最终根据氨的解离度得出水体中氨氮的总量。对设计的传感器进行包括响应时间、重复性误差、温度补偿精度等方面的检验,该传感器检出下限在0.05 mg/L,响应时间和温度补偿精度分别为20 s和±0.06 mg/L,重复性误差和量程漂移分别为2.12%和2.57%。结果表明,基于铵离子选择电极检测水体中氨氮的方法能够准确测量水中氨氮含量。In allusion to the fact that the traditional ammonia-nitrogen sensor can only detect ammonium ion or free ammonia in water,and can not meet the demand of direct online accurate measurement of ammonia-nitrogen in water,a design method of ammonia-nitrogen sensor with multi-factor compensation is proposed.The sensor has four probes:ammonium ion,potassium ion,temperature and pH.It can measure the concentration of ammonium ion,potassium ion,temperature and pH simultaneously in water,eliminate the interference of potassium ion on ammonium ion electrode,and obtain the dissociation degree of ammonia by means of pH and temperature.The microprocessor is used to analyze and process the collected signals,and the automatic measurement of free ammonia is realized by means of the measured values of ammonium ion and potassium ion.The total amount of ammonia-nitrogen in the water is obtained according to the dissociation degree of ammonia.After the inspection of the designed sensor in terms of response time,repeatability error and temperature compensation accuracy,the detection limit of the sensor is 0.05 mg/L,the response time and temperature compensation accuracy are 20 s and±0.06 mg/L,respectively,and the repeatability error and range drift are 2.12%and 2.57%respectively.The results show that the method based on ammonium ion selective electrode can accurately measure the ammonia-nitrogen content in water.
