摘  要:文中提出一种用于总线收发器的结构简单的欠压保护电路,其自身含有带隙基准结构,并采用比例电流镜和正反馈实现带有迟滞的欠压保护,在非常宽的温度范围内具有良好的独立性和稳定性,且其阈值电压在较大范围内精确可调,从而能针对性地解决汽车总线收发器工作时温度变化大和外界干扰重等问题。基于TSMC的180 nm BCD工艺,对该电路进行理论推导、仿真验证和版图设计。PSpice仿真和流片结果表明:与以往相同工艺条件下的欠压保护电路相比,版图面积减小47%;当电源电压在0~6 V变化时,该电路能在-40~150℃范围内实现欠压保护,迟滞大小为120 mV,阈值电压约为3.42 V;常温时5种工艺角下电路的阈值电压和迟滞大小基本不变,平均功耗电流值均在可控范围内。A simple undervoltage protection circuit for bus transceiver is proposed,which contains a bandgap reference structure,and can realize undervoltage protection with hysteresis by means of proportional current mirror and positive feedback,has good independence and stability in a very wide temperature range,and its threshold voltage is precisely adjustable in a large range,so that the large temperature change and heavy external interference when the automobile bus transceiver is working are sloved pertinently.Based on TSMC′s 180nm BCD process,the theoretical derivation,simulation verification and layout design of the circuit are carried out.The Pspice simulation and tape-out results show that,in comparison with the previous undervoltage protection circuit under the same process conditions,the layout area is reduced by 47%,when the variation range of power supply voltage is 0~6 V,the circuit can realize the undervoltage protection within the range of-40~150℃,the hysteresis is 120 mV,and the threshold voltage is about 3.42 V.The threshold voltage and hysteresis of the circuit under the five process angles at room temperature are unchanged basically,and the average power consumption current value is within the allowable range.
