摘 要:随着新一代信息技术的普及,传统水务管理模式向智慧水务管理模式转型已成为必然。将大数据、物联网、人工智能技术应用到节水水务管理中,不仅有助于提高水务管理的质量与水平,还能够节水,在促进水能高效使用的同时,促进本地区甚至更广泛地区的水能可持续发展。2020年,昆明市纳入水务管网用户13421户,利用多级管网计量设施对少量用户进行水量平衡测试,查出用水漏损严重,经济损失较大。针对此类问题,文中设计一种昆明市智慧节水管理信息系统,运用新一代信息技术手段实时监测用户用水量,并进行水量平衡测试,快速寻找漏水损坏点,及时排除漏损隐患。实验表明该系统还能够监测异常水流量情况,从而达到减少漏损、节水省水以及对水资源管理的目的。With the popularization of the new generation of information technology,it is inevitable to transform the traditional water management mode to the intelligent water management mode.The application of big data,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology in water-saving water affair management is improve the quality and level of water affair management,substantially save water sources,and can promote the sustainable development of water energy in the region and even wider areas while promoting the efficient use of water energy.In 2020,13421 users were brought into the water affair pipe network in Kunming,and the water balance test were carried out for a few users by means of multi-level pipe network metering facilities,and serious water leakage and large economic losses were found.Therefore,the intelligent water-saving management information system is designed for Kunming,in which the new generation information technology is used to monitor the water consumption of users in real time,conduct water balance test,find the damage points of water leakage quickly,and eliminate the hidden trouble of water leakage immediately.The experimental results show that the system can also be used to monitor the abnormal water flow rate,so as to reduce water leakage,save water and manage water resources.
