摘　　要：随着智能终端的广泛应用、APP软件的迅速发展,各类APP软件用户评论呈爆发式增长。通过APP软件用户评论分析获取软件整体或部分的评价,有助于用户了解APP软件并为开发人员改进软件提供支持,然而目前大多数研究并未基于评价对象间的关系分析评价对象和评价观点的匹配。文中提出一种基于句法和语义匹配评价对象和评价观点的方法。首先,应用依存句法和词性规则抽取评价对象及评价观点,并对评价对象进行补全;其次,针对一条评论中出现多个评价对象的情况,提出采用句法和语义相结合的方法识别评价对象之间的关系;最后,基于评价对象之间的关系,应用最近邻窗口得出匹配的评价对象和评价观点。实验结果表明,识别APP软件用户评论中评价对象之间的关系能够有效获取匹配的评价对象和评价观点,提高匹配准确率。With the wide application of intelligent terminals and the rapid development of APP software,user comments of all kinds of APP software have increased explosively.The overall or partial evaluations of the software are obtained by analyzing user comments of APP software,which can help users understand the APP software and provide support for developers to improve the software.However,most of the current studies do not analyze the matching of evaluation objects and evaluation opinions on the basis of the relationship between evaluation objects.A method of matching evaluation objects and evaluation opinions on the basis of syntax and semantics is proposed.The evaluation objects and opinions are extracted by means of dependency syntax and part of speech rules,and the completion of evaluation objects are conducted.In allusion to the situation that multiple evaluation objects appear in a comment,a method combining syntax and semantics is proposed to identify the relationship between evaluation objects.Based on the relationship between evaluation objects,the nearest neighbor window is used to obtain the matched evaluation objects and evaluation opinions.The experimental results show that identifying the relationship between evaluation objects in APP software user reviews can effectively obtain matched evaluation objects and evaluation opinions,and improve the matching accuracy.
